DEPOSIT/FEES:
Application Fee: $30 per applicant over the age of 18.
Security Deposit: Depends upon Credit.
PETS:
Rentals Tempe allows dogs and cats. However we do have breed restricted dogs that we will not be able to allow in the properties. The following dogs are breed restricted: Chow-Chow, Pit Bull, and Presia Canario (Pit Bull family). All dogs subject for approval. Certain properties such as small complexes will have weight restrictions.
Pet Deposit: $200 per pet. This is non-refundable.
